Location: Europe / Middle East / Africa, Germany, North Rhine Westphalia, Rhein-Kreis Neuss
Work Location: Fully Onsite
What you will do
The role of the Commercial Director is to accelerate our Pharmacy channel strategy within Germany. Focused on Pharmacy as a priority channel, this role will execute our Go to Market Strategy, meet/exceed OKRs, and shape medium to longer-term plans with customers and talents. The ideal candidate is a people-focused, courageous, results-oriented leader with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
* Shape, set & execute our Pharmacy Channel Vision and Strategy (Bricks and Mortar) for Germany in the short and medium term.
* Deliver superior market growth for spike / focus brands and customers, and set/deliver financial targets via customer partnerships and Go to Market initiatives.
* Manage and allocate channel budgets aligning with priorities for short and long-term delivery.
* Lead development and delivery of channel brand activation aligned with portfolio priorities.
* Engage, influence, and manage all senior stakeholders across the organization, including EMEA leadership.
* Establish external relationships with key customers and influencers in the German market.
* Represent the company at key trade associations.
* Lead and shape talent development, set standards for excellence, and build teams.
* Lead business performance reviews and contribute to wider sales success as a leadership team member.
What we are looking for
Ideal candidates will embody Kenvue's core values: Putting People First, Caring Fiercely, Earning Trust, and Demonstrating Courage. They will have a minimum of 12 years of successful sales experience (preferably in Pharmacy), with proven people development skills. Experience in marketing, customer shopper, or e-commerce is advantageous. International experience is a plus. Candidates should have ambition, motivation, excellent communication and influencing skills, and fluency in German and English.
