Job Opportunity
This position plays a key role in driving process digitalization across our R&D organization worldwide.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming business requirements related to digitalization into effective IT solutions within the R&D system landscape. Their primary goal is to deliver efficient, future-proof digital solutions with a particular focus on the Life Lifecycle Management system in the R&D environment.
Your Responsibilities
1. Coordinate iterative processes from concept design to final provisioning of digital solutions with focus on own module
2. Align and harmonize business requirements of various stakeholders as well as steer all involved functions
3. Develop and create future picture of own module
4. Continuously improve digital solutions and/or processes connected to own module to ensure quality and efficiency gains
5. Support the organization in testing and training of new digital solutions
6. Act as contact person for R&D IT and stakeholders within area of responsibility
7. Lead and/or participate in operational and strategic process digitalization projects
Requirements
1. Academic degree in engineering, industrial engineering, information technology, natural sciences or comparable field; first professional experience in an R&D environment within a global organization desirable
2. Strong interest in driving digitalization topics
3. Self-motivated and result-oriented team player who enjoys working in multicultural, performance, and target-oriented groups
4. Strong stakeholder orientation, willingness to learn, to act, and to take responsibility
5. Experience in project management and tools beneficial
6. Fluent English language skills
7. Ability to handle complex tasks
8. Very good communication and networking skills
9. Knowledge in programming language(s) and data analytical methods beneficial
