Senior Sales Executive – Digital Workplace Solutions

Are you passionate about building from the ground up and driving transformative change? Join Lenovo, the world’s largest PC company, as a Senior Sales Executive and help redefine the future of work.

In this role, you’ll lead strategic engagements with major corporate clients, delivering innovative Digital Workplace Solutions that go beyond hardware—from the pocket to the cloud. You’ll tackle the challenges of hybrid work, cloud enablement, multi-device environments, and user experience-driven talent strategies.

You will report to the EMEA Leader of Digital Workplace solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own end-to-end customer relationships for complex service solutions.
2. Lead cross-functional teams to design high-value, customer-centric solutions.
3. Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives across new and existing accounts.
4. Focus on large-scale deals leveraging Lenovo’s full portfolio.
5. Build executive-level relationships and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
6. Navigate governance processes and ensure financial health of deals.

What You Bring:

7. 5+ years of experience selling professional and managed services to corporate clients.
8. Proven success in leading large IT transformation projects.
9. Strong communication and value-based selling skills across CXO, technical, and finance stakeholders.
10. Thought leadership and a disruptive mindset to drive cultural change.
11. Deep understanding of partner ecosystems and how to leverage them effectively.
12. Fluent German
