A fast growing company is looking for a Technical Solutions Architect to partner with customers across their entire journey, from pre‑sales to on‑boarding to long‑term technical success. If you blend deep technical skill with a love for solving real customer problems, this role is for you. What you’ll do: Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout pre‑sales, on‑boarding, and implementation Support integrations, APIs, infrastructure setup, and performance troubleshooting Deliver training, enablement, and hands‑on technical guidance Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for engineering and product teams Help design architecture, integration plans, and solution approaches for new customers What you bring: Strong coding ability in C++ and Python Experience across modern infrastructure, DevOps, and/or systems‑level engineering Solid understanding of hardware/software performance (GPUs, CPUs, networking) Proficiency with Kubernetes Excellent communication skills and genuine customer focus Bonus skills: Rust, Go, PyTorch, cloud platforms, OpenStack, Slurm, network hardware, HPC networking, performance profiling, kernel debugging, or LLM deployment experience.
