TAX Manager (m/f/d)
We are looking for an experienced tax professional (m/f/d) to join our team. This individual will actively support Dentsply Sirona Tax Department with ongoing tax compliance, reporting, planning matters and projects.
Your Role:
• Manage tax compliance work related to EMEA group companies (with main focus on Germany).
• Quarterly tax provision calculation for German companies and review of the tax provision for EMEA group entities.
• Manage German and support EMEA tax audits.
• Ensure that the organization complies with periodic tax payments, information reporting, and other taxing authority requirements.
• Assist in maintaining intercompany transfer pricing documentation and compliance with company policy and local country requirements.
• lmplement tax planning opportunities and restructurings.
• Actively support all ongoing business and management project on tax related topics.
• Collaborate with the company's Finance and Treasury functions in respect to the tax aspects of budgets, forecasts, reporting of specific transactions, withholding taxes and treasury-related transactions.
Your Profile:
• Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related qualification.
• German Tax Advisor Certificate is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years within a tax consultant firm / the Big Four, or the German tax department of an international company.
• SAP / software skills are an advantage.
• Strong technical tax skills with emphasis on tax issues related to corporate tax, German tax law, restructurings, transfer pricing.
• Strong communication skills in English and German.
• Ability to work independently while also maintaining good relationships across multiple international geographies.
• Capable of working on multiple complex projects and bringing them to successful conclusion.
