We are looking for a visionary and highly skilled Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive innovation and lead our company's technology strategy. This is a full-time executive position that offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of advanced technology solutions.
About the Role:
As the CTO, you will oversee all aspects of technology strategy, development, and innovation within the organisation. You will play a crucial role in aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, building scalable systems, and ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of industry advancements. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, exceptional leadership, and a strategic vision.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for Metz, Germany, R&D, quality and manufacturing management, including team building and talent development.
* Responsible for the technical development strategy of Metz Classic products, driving the delivery of products on schedule and responsible for technical decisions.
* Responsible for leading the optimisation of manufacturing technology and quality management system for Metz Classic products.
* Responsible for communication and coordination with headquarters.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering, computer, automation and other related majors.
* Experience requirements: more than 8 years of technical management experience in the consumer electronics industry, more than 3 years of R&D team management experience.
* Skill requirements: proficient in core technology of smart TV (e.g. display technology, system design), familiar with intelligent manufacturing and quality management systems, and cross-cultural communication skills.
