Client Lifecycle Management Role Job Description As a Client Lifecycle Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client data throughout its entire lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This includes ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Compliance and Relationship Managers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your role will involve analysing and validating client documentation, identifying and addressing deficiencies, and defining documentation needs for various client types. Additionally, you will support Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reviews across all risk classes, participate in internal projects and testing related to client data and banking systems, and continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
