You’ll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues, from system and network troubleshooting to software faults. What you'll be doing:
* Provide remote support for hardware and software issues.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and application problems.
* Diagnose and fix hardware or software faults efficiently.
* Respond to service requests within agreed timeframes.
* Prioritise and manage multiple open cases simultaneously.
* Work continuously on assigned tasks until successful resolution.
* Test, evaluate, and implement new technologies as required.
