We are seeking a Sales & Marketing professional to lead our Entertainment Systems Team in the Pro Audio Division.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow our presence in the live entertainment market across Central and East Europe. You will lead a motivated team, drive regional business development, and ensure alignment with our global strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for our Entertainment Pro Audio portfolio
* Lead the sales team to drive revenue growth and market share across territories
* Be an active part of the European Leadership Team and collaborate with key channel partners and integrators
* Manage product launches and promotional campaigns in cooperation with the European marketing team
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
* Represent us at industry events and customer engagements
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales and/or marketing in the ProAudio industry
* Strong knowledge of professional audio solutions, especially for live sound and touring applications
* University degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
* Leadership qualities in international teams and willingness to motivate and inspire people
* Strategic worker with a hands-on mentality
* Authentic communicator able to bridge cultures
* Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP S4/HANA and ability to analyze data and KPIs
Preferred Qualifications:
* Fluent German and English language skills
* Will to travel across Europe
