Your industry expertise will inspire and engage decision makers at Germany’s leading Mittelstand companies—opening doors, identifying opportunities, and initiating high-impact HR transformation projects that set the foundation for long-term partnerships.
Prospect into strategic mid-market accounts via cold call, email and social selling strategies, to achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities and pipeline value
Handling typical outbound sales objections, to remove obstacles from the selling landscape and ensure that opportunities progress
Generate sales pipeline and develop opportunities for a team of Account Executives
2 years of outbound sales experience in B2B SaaS, tech or cloud solution sales
~ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is required
~ Languages required: fluency in German & English
~ You are competitive, resilient, and highly driven - you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
~ Experience in Salesforce is a plus
