Job Description
Your primary objective as our Game Security Programmer is to develop and improve new and/or existing security solutions in order to secure Ubisoft portfolio of multiplayer games.
What you will do:
1. Work in a dedicated team of passionate engineers with experienced leadership
2. Develop game security software to ensure fair environments for Ubisoft's players
3. Acquire a strong knowledge of existing game security solutions
4. Collaborate with other teams to stay on top your challenges
5. Collaborate with game production teams to ensure the quality of our service
6. Act as a source of subject matter advice towards the organisation
Qualifications
What you bring:
7. Proficient in C/C++, C# and Python, expert in one or more
8. Experience working with Windows Internals
9. Experienced in game development, engine development, anti-tampering-, anti-cheat- or anti-malware software
10. Passionate about software security, anti-cheat or anti-malware technologies
11. Excellent in oral and written English
12. Knowledge of common constraints and limitations of multiplayer/online games is a plus
13. Knowledge of common vulnerabilities and exploitation methods of multiplayer/online games is a plus
14. Skills in reverse engineering, decompiling, tracing and debugging is a plus
15. Experience delivering services utilising Docker Containers & Kubernetes framework is a plus
16. Experience in monitoring the health of SaaS offerings, site reliability engineering is a plus
17. Experience working effectively in a distributed team across time zones is a plus
18. Experience in Windows Driver development is a plus
