Role: EPR Manager

Location: Frankfurt am Main (hybrid)
The EPR Manager owns regional service delivery, guarantees a premium customer experience and proactively builds trust with authorities & service partners. In this role, you will contribute to the regional P&L by overseeing the work of regional teams and directly manage a team of EPR BDA Administrators.

* Regional EPR Service delivery for multiple countries.
* Manage PRO/authority relationships.
* Act as senior advisor for enterprise customers.
* Validate complex filings and registrations.
* Coordinate country resources.
* Maintain regional quality and adherence to standards.
* Support regional escalations and client health.
* Drive harmonisation opportunities.
* Oversee regional customer satisfaction.
* Prepare and present EPR progress reports to directors.
EPR Manager, about you
* +5 years in regulatory compliance, sustainability, consulting, or operational management.
* Experience with PRO/authority relationships.
* Strong stakeholder communication.
* Legal background is a plus
