Responsibilities: Setting up, operating and monitoring machines in the production and further processing of nonwovens Maintaining and servicing machines and carrying out minor repair work Documenting and recording data in the production data acquisition system Operating crane and feeding systems as well as driving industrial trucks Supporting measures to optimize procedures and processes (CIP, company suggestion scheme, etc.) Qualifications: Completed technical vocational training or relevant work experience in a manufacturing industrial company Experience in the operation of technically demanding machines and industrial trucks High quality awareness High degree of flexibility and commitment with strong teamwork and communication skills Experience in the use of electronic production data acquisition Willingness to work in 3-shift operation as well as weekend work The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
