Your mission
As a Growth Analyst, you will join our Consumer Membership Team – a cross-functional group of marketers, engineers, and product experts – focused on growing and retaining our subscription consumer base.
You turn complex data into clear insights that drive business decisions. You help build a reliable, connected data landscape and enable teams across Trusted Shops to confidently use data for optimization, experimentation, and strategic initiatives.
Your responsibilities
1. Build, maintain, and optimize business, funnel, and customer journey dashboards (e.g. payment, cancellation)
2. Ensure data quality, consistency, and clear metric definitions across reports and tools
3. Act as a central point of contact for data-related questions, supporting stakeholders with interpretation and validation
4. Analyze user behavior, segments, funnels, and lifecycle metrics to uncover actionable insights
5. Evaluate high-impact experiments (e.g. pricing, conversion, process changes) and ensure valid tracking and interpretation
6. Act as a trusted advisor to your Buiness-, Customer Journey and Product colleagues on data interpretation and decision-making
7. Support strategic projects through data integration, cleanup, and model optimization
8. Help reduce data silos by connecting multiple data sources and enabling end-to-end data flows
Dein Profil
9. 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, or Business Intelligence, ideally in SaaS, eCommerce, or B2C
10. Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of data modeling principles
11. Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, Amplitude)
12. Confident working with funnel, lifecycle, and core SaaS KPIs
13. Experience in using AI to optimize workflow
14. Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams
15. Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
16. Excellent communication skills – you can turn data into clear business stories
17. Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
