Responsibilities:
1. Maintain financial records according to regulations.Includes monthly closing, year-end audits and reconciling accounts.
2. Become a business partner supporting Lead Center and Division Managers in reaching profit targets.Prepares forecasts.
3. Maintain internal controls in accordance with Company policy.
4. Prepare financial analysis as needed to support business objectives.
5. Facilitate the annual business plan process.
6. Prepare annual cost plan setting work center rates for inventory valuation and standard product cost.
7. Preparation of appropriation requests (AR) and analysis.
8. Coordinate physical inventories and encourage cycle counts.
Qualifications:
9. Business administration qualification with a focus on Controlling
10. At least 3–5 years of professional experience in a comparable positio
11. Affinity for IT, particularly strong MS Office skills (ideally VBA); experience with ERP, BI, and accounting systems is an advantage
12. Very strong logical–analytical as well as conceptual skills
13. Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
14. Independent, responsible, and goal‑oriented way of working
15. Strong communication skills and confident appearance
16. Strong team skills; strong assertiveness
