Key Responsibilities

* Ensure timely monitoring and reporting of customer inventory accuracy to site leadership.
* Maximize site inventory processes and system performance to ensure accurate custody and control of customer inventory.
* Properly utilize information technology systems to support compliance requirements.
* Provide required documentation in support of compliance requirements.
* Manage proactive and reactive cycle counts to meet contractual service level agreements.
* Develop procedures, controls, and systems to prevent, detect, and correct errors in inventory transactions and balances.
* Apply continuous improvement initiatives to drive process efficiency, inventory accuracy, compliance, and documented results.
* Design and generate reporting to track inventory accuracy, shrink compliance, and variance root cause trends.
* Maintain thorough knowledge of internal and customer systems to provide extensive support to the operational team and customer.
* Develop resource plans and equipment needs budget for review with site leadership.
