As a Station Area Manager, you’ll help ensure your sites run smoothly to meet customer demand, review station KPIs and processes, manage stakeholders, and drive productivity across projects in the network.ResponsibilitiesCreate, oversee, and drive a culture of safety and wellbeingAnalyse and implement changes to maintain high quality and productivityOversee projects to streamline processes, optimise productivity, and improve service qualityAnalyse station performance against business objectives and implement actions to improve operational excellenceCollaborate with management-level colleagues to standardise practicesA day in the life: You’ll typically work the early shift (start at 6:00 am) and ensure sites are productive, maintain safety and quality standards, lead process improvements, and manage stakeholder and daily operational responsibilities along with contingency tasks.About The TeamAmazon Extra Large (AMXL) handles heavy items like furniture and large appliances, managing the service from fulfilment to delivery and returns, including unpacking, installation, and old item removal where needed.
