Responsibilities:
1. Manage reporting: Take responsibility for actuals, forecasting and planning processes for the corporate holding and key functions such as Engineering, Business Development or HR.
2. Create transparency: Analyse monthly cost and headcount development, keep in dialogue with the corporate functions and prepare management-relevant insights in a structured and audience-appropriate way.
3. Provide guidance: Support the corporate functions and management through analyses, insightful recommendations, impactful presentations and guidance on financial matters.
4. Advance Controlling: Proactively identify improvement potentials, assess existing processes, and drive the ongoing (technical) improvement of our Corporate Function Controlling.
5. Manage global charges: Coordinate global intercompany allocations in collaboration with the tax department and the international Finance community.
Qualifications:
6. Education: Degree in business administration or business informatics, ideally with a focus on controlling, or a comparable qualification.
7. Experience: Experience in controlling – ideally in an international context.
8. Technical expertise: Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BI is a plus.
9. Working style: Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable.
10. Soft skills: High level of initiative, team spirit, and strong communication skills.
11. Languages: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
