My client in Hamburg is currently in need of freelance support of a Senior Frontend (Angular) Engineer (m/f/x) for their on-going project. Framework: Start: ASAP- latest by May 2026 Capacity: full-time Duration of contract: at least 6 months extensions Workplace: 100% remote Location of client: Hamburg, Germany Your Role As a developer, you will be responsible for building intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using Angular. You'll work closely with backend developers, our UX designer, and product owners to deliver features that help users plan, monitor, and manage field activities effectively. Responsibilities * Implement application product backlog items and use cases into functional applications * Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop * Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code * Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues Requirements Must have * 4 years of experience in frontend development with Angular 12 * Very good knowledge in object-oriented software development (Design Patterns, UML, Agile and Scrum) * Good knowledge of web technologies (Typescript, CSS, Angular) and mobile technologies (e.g. hybrid solutions or PWA) * Experience with database management systems, preferably Oracle. * Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation. * Very good English skills required, German is a plus * Excellent team player in an international multicultural environment Nice to have * Knowledge of GIS software (e.g. ESRI, Leaflet, Mapbox) and GIS data management is a plus * Experience with DevOps platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jira, GitLab etc If your profile meets all the requirements and you are available to start immediately in a Freelance contract, do not hesitate to send me your updated CV (Only in English!) and your calculation of remote hourly rate - please review the full job description beforehand to make sure all the listed technologies are also well indicated in your cv.
