Job Title: Senior Network Service Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Network Service Manager to lead our network service team.
About the Role
* The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a 15-strong team in technical and disciplinary terms.
* They will be responsible for IT service management, including coordination and monitoring of ongoing projects and ensuring service quality.
* They will focus on network technology, responsible for support, further development and quality assurance of our network services and infrastructure.
Your Responsibilities
1. Manage employee performance: You will lead a 15-strong team in technical and disciplinary terms.
2. Service responsibility: You are accountable for IT service management, including project coordination and monitoring.
3. Network technology: You will be responsible for supporting, developing and maintaining our network services and infrastructure.
4. Regular reviews: You will conduct regular service review meetings to review SLAs and KPIs.
5. Escalation management: You will manage escalations both internally and with external customers and suppliers.
6. ITIL & process development: You will optimize our ITIL-based service processes and develop our managed services and network operation processes further.
7. Presales involvement: You will provide input into offer calculation and tenders.
8. Performance monitoring: You will monitor service KPIs and continuously improve them.
Your Profile
* Qualification: A degree or training in a commercial or technical field is essential.
* Management experience: You have already led larger teams and possess a high degree of entrepreneurial thinking and action.
* Network know-how: You have sound practical experience with solutions from Cisco Systems and Nokia Networks.
* IT service management know-how: You have extensive experience in this area and hold an ITIL certification.
* Technical expertise: You are familiar with enterprise and carrier networks as well as network operations and managed services.
* Project management skills: You are confident using both classic methods (e.g. Prince2) and agile approaches (e.g. SCRUM).
* Consulting & Presales: You impress with customer focus and experience in dealing with tenders.
