Your Mission IT Support – you keep things running: → 1st & 2nd Level Support in a Microsoft 365 environment and classic on-premise systems (Windows clients, printers, networks) → First point of contact for employees – on-site, by phone, or remote → Ticket management and documentation → Setup, configuration, and maintenance of devices, user accounts, and permissions – cloud and on-prem → On- and offboarding of employees (devices, access, walkthroughs) → Close collaboration with the IT team on incidents, migrations, and projects I TSM Build-Up – you build, not just manage: → Introduction of an IT Service Management framework based on Jira Service Management → From process mapping to workflows, SLAs, and automations to a self-service portal and knowledge base → Definition of ITIL-oriented service processes (Incident, Request, Change) → Building reportings and dashboards to measure service quality → Training and onboarding of colleagues on new ITSM processes and tools
What You Bring Must have: → 2+ years in IT support (Windows, Active Directory) → Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and standard hardware → Experience with ticketing systems → Interest in ITSM processes – you don't need to be an ITIL expert, but you want to become one →
German B2+
(C1 preferred) – you'll be supporting German-speaking colleagues every day → Good English skills → EU citizenship and willingness to undergo security clearance → Service-oriented mindset and genuine enjoyment of helping people → Self-starter mentality, curiosity, and team spirit → IT affinity matters more than your degree – career changers welcome
Nice to have: → Entra ID, Intune/MDM, VPN, PowerShell, or Python → ITIL certification → Experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments
