Tasks
Your Role
In this remote position, you will take on a dynamic and independent role focused on business development, client engagement, and growth within a structured and proven system.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and managing your own portfolio within a guided business framework
* Identifying and engaging qualified prospects through digital channels (training provided)
* Conducting structured conversations with potential partners
* Supporting and mentoring individuals entering the business
* Implementing marketing strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, and Google
* Participating in ongoing training and development sessions
Requirements
Your Profile
* 6+ years of professional experience (corporate or self-employed)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working independently with a high level of ownership
* Interest in leadership, personal development, or coaching
* Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset
* Familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage
* Creative thinker with a can-do-attitude
