We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) Solutions Architect to join our team in Germany. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in D365 F&O and possess strong bilingual communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders across Germany and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design, implementation, and customization of Microsoft D365 F&O solutions tailored to client needs.
* Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
* Collaborate with clients to create and refine solution designs that align with business goals and processes.
* Provide thought leadership and guidance to project teams during implementation, ensuring best practices and quality standards are met.
* Identify risks, dependencies, and potential gaps in the solution design and proactively address them.
* Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
* Stay updated on Microsoft D365 F&O updates, features, and trends to provide innovative solutions.
* Work closely with developers, functional consultants, and business analysts to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops for end-users and internal teams.
Qualifications and Skills
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP implementation, with at least 3 years specializing in D365 F&O.
* Proven track record of leading end-to-end D365 F&O implementation projects.
Technical Expertise:
* In-depth knowledge of D365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Operations.
* Familiarity with Azure platform and integrations.
* Understanding of Power Platform and its integration with D365.
Soft Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Certifications:
* Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (preferred).
* Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (preferred).
