Enterprise Sales Leader
We are looking for a seasoned sales leader to join our team. As an Enterprise Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving growth and retention in our top FSI industry accounts.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives (AEs)
* Own key FSI industry accounts, driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Build strong relationships with CIO/CDO/CMO-level stakeholders to uncover new business opportunities
* Collaborate across teams to execute go-to-market strategy and deliver accurate forecasting
* Drive customer adoption and value realization initiatives
Requirements
* 5+ years leading quota-carrying AE teams in SaaS software sales
* 10+ years in direct SaaS software sales with experience working with complex enterprise-level sales cycles
* Proven track record working with senior-level stakeholders in FSI
* Strong coaching and people leadership skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
* Excellent communication skills in English and German
