About the role We are implementing Workday as our core HR system in Germany, with a clear ambition to scale the solution globally in the future. To support this transformation, we are looking for a working student who want hands-on exposure to a real HR technology and change initiative. Not just observation, but execution. You will work directly with the Workday implementation lead and functional stream leads and contribute to system testing, change and communication activities, and end-user support materials. Your Responsibilities You will support the implementation mainly across four areas: Workday system testing (approx. 30%) Execute and adapt standard test cases to company-specific requirements Document test results, defects, and re-tests with high accuracy Support User Acceptance Testing across Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Time & Absence, and Performance Change & communication support (approx. 20%) Co-create internal communication drafts (emails, intranet content, announcements) Support change activities on a transactional level with HR stakeholders Think beyond “what was asked” and flag improvement opportunities Documentation & help content (approx. 25%) Draft FAQs, how-to guides, and end-user support articles in English Structure content so it can be easily refined and scaled General project support (approx. 25%) Coordination, preparation, and structured follow-up on implementation topics Support data preparation and basic analysis where Essential Skills Enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student in: Economics, HR, Work & Organisational Psychology, Change Management, or related fields S trong English writing and communication skills (working language is English, however your supervisor and most of the internal project team will be fluent in German ) Ability to manage deadlines and escalate proactively and early when issues arise Structured, self-driven working style Available for min. 15 hours/ week Beneficial Skills Exposure to HRIS, ideally Workday (not required if you ’re a digital native and fast learner ) Experience with Microsoft 365, esp.
