Purchasing Specialist / Einkäufer (m/w/d) - befristet für 1 Jahr (mit möglicher Verlängerung).
Als kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in unserem Einkaufsteam sind Sie verantwortlich für die Planung und Beschaffung von Rohstoffen und Verpackungskomponenten für die Produktion unsere hochqualitativen Beschichtungsprodukte an unseren Produktionsstandort in Mannheim.
Responsibilities
* Überwachung von Lagerbeständen, um eine effiziente Beschaffung von Rohstoffen und Verpackungskomponenten zu gewährleisten.
* Beschaffung von Rohstoffen und Komponenten basierend auf Lagerbeständen und Produktionsplänen
* Überprüfung der Etikettenanforderungen und Ergreifen der erforderlichen Maßnahmen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Etiketten mit dem Stapelversand koordiniert werden
* Tägliche Überprüfung des MRP (Material Resource Planning) auf ungewöhnliche Produktionsmengen, um Lagerbestände zu optimieren
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Wareneingang und der Buchhaltung zur Behebung von Rechnungsabweichungen
* Unterstützung bei der Produktionsplanung
* Optimierung der Bedingungen und Konditionen von Bestellungen, sowie Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Anforderungen
Qualifications
* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
* Erste Erfahrungen im Einkauf wünschenswert
* Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
* Gute Anwendererkenntnisse der der Microsoft Office Programme
* Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
