The mission of a property valuer:
For those seeking meaningful work and a strong team environment, this role offers:
* Independent preparation of valuations for residential properties, and (depending on experience) commercial and special-use properties.
* Participation in portfolio valuations and coordination of property viewings.
* Active contribution to organizational development and internal processes.
* Depending on qualifications, support and coaching of colleagues, including review of valuation reports.
What’s needed?
* Experience in market value assessments, ideally including mortgage lending value in the banking sector.
* Familiarity with valuation software (e.g., LORA) is a plus.
* Proficiency in standard Office applications.
For senior roles:
* Certification (e.g., HypZert, DIAZert, MRICS) and several years of experience in property valuation.
* Strong command of LORA or similar tools.
* Interest in process optimization and complex technical challenges.
* A structured, solution-oriented approach and adaptability to varying demands.
* High sense of responsibility and customer focus.
* A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong team spirit.
