Our AI-driven HR-tech platform analyzes job titles, locations, and recruiting budgets to predict the best job portals and social media channels, making recruiting 3x faster and 60% cheaper. Beyond smart job distribution, we optimize the entire hiring process by automating job postings, improving the candidate experience, and integrating directly into applicant tracking systems (ATS). Now, we’re looking for a passionate backend developer to help create seamless and reliable infrastructure!
