Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily operations, ensuring service targets and project objectives are achieved while continuously improving processes and workflows
* Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, using insights to optimise team effectiveness and enhance customer satisfaction
Your Profile
* Previous experience in a customer-focused environment with at least initial leadership responsibility
* Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support team development
* Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels
