We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist who will play a key role in keeping our systems, devices, and operations running reliably.

What this role is about
Your mission is simple: keep our technology running smoothly so our teams can focus on delivering great service to our customers.
You will install, configure and maintain end-user devices, troubleshoot technical issues and provide reliable IT support to colleagues across the company.
You will:
* Install, configure and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, PDAs and mobile devices.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
* Provide user support and resolve technical requests through the ticketing system.
* Monitor local network infrastructure and escalate issues when needed.
* Coordinate external repairs and vendor support when required.
* Maintain documentation and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
What we are looking for
* 1 - 2 years of IT support experience.
* Knowledge of Windows and Android operating systems.
* Experience with MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
* Basic networking knowledge.
* Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
* Good working level of English. German is a Plus.
Nice to have:
* Experience with MDM solutions, Linux systems or VoIP tools.
* Experience with warehouse devices such as scanners, printers and PDAs.
* Experience with identity and access management systems like Okta.
