Function description
Procurement professionals manage sourcing strategies, vendor relationships, and purchasing operations. Officers focus on transactional procurement and compliance, while specialists handle strategic sourcing and supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities :
* Source suppliers and manage procurement processes.
* Negotiate contracts and handle purchase orders.
* Monitor supplier performance and ensure quality standards.
* Maintain procurement records and systems.
* Collaborate with internal departments to align purchasing needs.
* Ensure compliance with Dutch procurement regulations.
Requirements
* MBO/HBO-level education or equivalent experience.
* 3-7 years of experience in procurement.
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
* Experience with procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Ariba).
* Dutch fluency preferred ; English required.
* Must reside in the Netherland s with a valid Dutch work permit or EU citizenship.
* Visa sponsorship is not offered.
