* Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, peripherals, and software applications in line with established standards.
* Coordination with OEM vendors for spare replacements, hardware repairs, and troubleshooting.
* IT asset and inventory management, including laptop/desktop imaging.
* Printer management and shared/network printer installation.
* Conference room setup and vendor coordination.
* Hardware and software troubleshooting and IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change).
* Support for mobile devices and non-PC equipment (scanners, printers).
* VIP support and management of audio-visual and conferencing technologies.
* Office 365 support and compliance software installation/troubleshooting.
* Basic networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS, LAN connectivity – L1 level).
* Hands & feet support for backend/network/server/application teams.
* Rack labeling, server mounting/movement, device reboot, console connections, cable/SFP replacement, racking/stacking, etc.
* Strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Documentation of incidents and resolutions for future reference and knowledge base updates.
* Support for recurring meetings, events, and after-hours activities as required.
