As the Head of Marketing Intelligence & Automation (f/m/x), you hold a critical leadership role in shaping the future of data-driven decision-making and automation across our marketing function. You are responsible for the Marketing Intelligence and Marketing Automation Teams. Your role is pivotal in driving collaboration, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

1. Guide, train, and supervise the Marketing Intelligence team to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights for all marketing channels and senior leadership.
2. Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve marketing efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase performance through data-driven optimizations.
3. Build and maintain robust data pipelines and reporting infrastructure that support business-critical decisions across Paid Marketing, CRM, SEO, and Brand Marketing.
4. Train and develop team leads and technical staff to foster independence, quality delivery, and knowledge growth across MI and Automation.
5. Identify high-leverage use cases for automation and AI by working closely with stakeholders and converting these into scalable, measurable solutions.
6. Experience in a fast-paced international environment, ideally with a background in marketing.
7. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to inform strategy. Familiarity with ETL tools and programming languages, e.g., Python, is a big plus.
8. Skill in aligning automation and intelligence initiatives with overall business and marketing goals.
9. Experience in building, leading, and motivating high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
10. Strong communication skills in English to effectively present insights and influence decision-making across multiple departments.
