We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Strategic Planning team as an Assistant Manager. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving business growth through strategic initiatives.
Be Part of Our Success
Support the development and execution of corporate strategies and business plans.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with business leadership to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements (AI transformation etc.)
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends and provide insights to guide long-term planning.
Manage and mentor junior team members and interns, fostering their development and contributing to team growth.
Qualities We Value
2-5 years of relevant work experience in management consulting or internal strategy roles.
Strong critical analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Self-motivated, roll-up-the-sleeves, get-things-done attitude.
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; able to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
