<li>Ansprechpartner für den Außendienst und Innendienst für den administrativen und operativen Support</li>
<li>Verwaltung des Vertriebsbudgets</li>
<li>Erstellung und Verwaltung von Teampartnerverträgen, Sponsoring-, Aussteller- und Referentenverträge</li>
<li>Teilnahme an Besprechungen, Tagungen und Veranstaltungen</li>
<li>Planung und Organisation von Tagungen und Firmenevents</li>
<li>Administrative Unterstützung bei der Planung des Onboardings für neue Mitarbeiter</li>
<li>Verwaltung der Mobilfunkverträge und -geräte</li>
<li>Aufgaben im Bereich Einkauf und Unterstützung im Bereich Facility Management</li>
<li>Verwaltung und Einsatzkoordination von Messematerialien</li>
<li>Selbstständige administrative Sachbearbeitung</li>
<li>Projektarbeit nach Vorgabe</li>

<li>erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmänn. Ausbildung</li>
<li>Berufserfahrung im Bereich Assistenz, Operations oder einer vergleichbaren Position</li>
