Pricing Manager
Drive growth, revenue, and market share by crafting and executing pricing and promotional strategies for diverse customer segments. Develop and optimize offer management processes, ensuring seamless integration with HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define pricing and promotional strategies to drive business results
- Manage offer development for new and existing customers
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies with product development, marketing, and sales goals
- Monitor and analyze commercial performance metrics

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
* 3–5 years of experience in pricing, marketing, or product management, preferably in the Information Technology industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
* Team player with strong collaboration and teamwork skills
