At our client Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel, you will take on this role – strategic, reliable and at eye level with management. You will support development processes, take responsibility for core procedures and ensure that HR topics are addressed where they have the greatest impact.
The gross annual salary ranges between €82,500 and €85,400, depending on qualifications.Please note that we can only consider applicants with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa).
Job description
Tasks
* Advising managers on employment law and organizational change
* Implementing and managing strategic HR processes such as salary reviews, personnel development initiatives and staffing strategies
* Providing individual career coaching and supporting talent development
* Coordinating personnel development measures, including the selection of suitable training programs
* Contributing to succession and workforce planning together with managers and controlling
* Conducting interviews and validation discussions for key and leadership positions
* Coordinating internal approval procedures and maintaining constructive cooperation with social partners, including the works council and representation for employees with disabilities
Requirements
* University degree in law, psychology, business administration or economics
* Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner and in general HR functions
* Basic knowledge of payroll and compensation processes
* Solid knowledge of SAP and experience with Google Workspace and Workday
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (min. C1)
* A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
* Willingness to work remotely after the initial onboarding phase
