Your Tasks
* Design, planning, and management of cell engineering projects
* Driving the strategic development and establishment of technologies for cell line engineering
* Standardization and continuous optimization existing service modules
* Providing scientific consulting to internal and external users
* Ensuring, development, and documentation of quality standards
* Analysis, interpretation, and presentation of scientific results
* Contribution to the facility’s administrative development
* Coordination of workflows in the laboratory environment
Your Profile
* Master's degree in combination with a PhD in biology, molecular biology, or a related field
* Extensive hands-on experience in cell culture and molecular biology techniques
* Strong hands-on experience and practical expertise in working with viral systems, as well as in genome editing (including establishment, standardization, and scaling)
* Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented working style
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams
* Very good command of German and English
* Proficiency in common MS Office applications
* Experience in project management is a plus, but not required
