1. Administrative Management
* Oversee and optimize all plant-level administrative operations, including office supplies, reception, cleaning, and facility maintenance.
* Coordinate employee logistics such as onboarding support, accommodation, transportation, cafeteria management, and business travel.
* Manage vendor contracts and service providers related to non-production operations (e.g., security, waste disposal, equipment rental).
* Support internal events, meeting arrangements, asset management, and document archiving.
* Ensure administrative compliance in line with both local regulations and group standards.
* Facilitate internal communication and cross-departmental coordination between HR, Finance, IT, and Production.
2. Environment, Health & Safety Management
* Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS systems and programs based on German law (ArbSchG, BetrSichV, DGUV) and automotive industry standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
* Conduct routine safety audits, risk assessments, accident investigations, and enforce corrective actions.
* Manage hazardous material handling, PPE use, emergency procedures, and safety equipment inspections.
* Organize and track safety-related training (first aid, fire drills, forklift operation, chemical handling, etc.).
* Serve as the primary contact for regulatory authorities and represent the company in inspections or certifications.
* Monitor legal updates and ensure company-wide compliance with EHS obligations.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 3–5 years of combined experience in administration and EHS roles within a manufacturing, logistics, or industrial setting (automotive industry preferred).
* In-depth knowledge of German occupational safety and environmental laws, and experience with ISO 14001 / 45001 implementation.
* Strong organizational, communication, and vendor management skills.
* High level of responsibility, hands-on mentality, and team spirit.
* Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken) — mandatory.
* Proficiency in MS Office; SAP, EHS or facility software is a plus.
* First Aid or Safety Officer certification (e.g., Sicherheitsbeauftragter, SiFa) is an advantage.
