The Role
We are seeking a Director and Head of Product Management – Electronic Access Control (EAC) to lead the common EAC product portfolio across EMEIA.
This is a senior strategic leadership role, accountable for defining the EAC product vision, roadmap, and commercial success. You will ensure a competitive, customer-driven portfolio that delivers sustainable growth and aligns with Group and DAS strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own and define the EAC portfolio strategy and the common product roadmap across EMEIA
Act as Product Owner for the common EAC portfolio, ensuring market leadership and profitability
2. Drive customer-right products through voice of customer activities, market insights, competitor analysis, and BI data
3. Generate and own business cases, revenue follow-up, and portfolio performance metrics
Lead portfolio lifecycle decisions, including consolidation and integration of acquired EAC companies
4. Drive AI and technology adoption in close collaboration with R&D
Align closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Finance, and GTT on pricing, value proposition, and total solutions
5. Represent EMEIA in Group and regional product governance forums
Qualifications and Experience
6. BSc or MSc in Engineering or equivalent
7. Extensive experience in Electronic Access Control and the security industry
8. Senior product management or portfolio leadership experience
9. Strong business, financial, and strategic capabilities
10. Deep knowledge of EN and ISO standards, software, networks, and cloud technologies
11. Proven leadership experience in international, matrix organizations
12. Fluent English; additional European language is an advantage
