Product Marketing Manager Outdoor DACH (m/w/d)
Job Purpose
Are you ready to drive impactful product launches and shape the commercial success of Outdoor brands across DACH? Join us as Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for DEWALT and BLACK+DECKER and play a pivotal role in developing go-to-market strategies that boost revenue, profitability, and brand awareness. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team, reporting to the Group Marketing Manager. You will work alongside with European and Local Marketing departments, Sales Teams, Finance and Demand Planning, always aiming to ensure integration, implementation and support for strategically and commercially important programs and initiatives in the Outdoor business.
What You´ll Do
1. Design the best possible product portfolio, marketing mix and pricing strategy in coordination with marketing management, local sales and European headquarters.
2. Actively align the marketing mix for maximum impact with a strong focus on efficient and profitable Sell-In Campaigns within a Multi-Channel approach.
3. Lead new product launches for the defined business units across the region.
4. Develop and coordinate growth strategies for all relevant sales channels with cross functional teams and multi-level involvement.
5. Analyse market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, retail pricing, and identify white space opportunities.
6. Take an active role in internal and external meetings, projects & events.
7. Actively ensure an efficient communication regarding all marketing, product, and portfolio-related information between marketing, sales, and other functional areas.
8. Work very closely with the Brand & Account Activation Department to optimize the full marketing mix, including brand communication, social media plans, campaign materials and sponsorships for Outdoor.
9. Coordinate volume planning with Demand Planning Team and KAMs / Sales Department especially for New Product Launches, Sell-In Promotions and manage an efficient Excess & Obsolete Stock reduction.
The Person:

10. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a comparable degree.
11. 3-5 years demonstrable experience in a Product Marketing / Trade Marketing capacity.
12. High sense of responsibility and reliability in all assigned tasks.
13. Commercial Awareness - Understanding the industry, price points, the market needs and trends and translate that into actions that enable us to be ahead of the competition.
14. High analytical skills and an understanding of key financial figures.
15. Strong proactivity and hands-on mentality by identifying opportunities for improvement, taking initiative to address challenges, and actively contributing to team objectives.
16. Effective communicator - both internally and externally.
17. Flexibility to travel occasionally.
18. Native German and fluent business English (verbal, written, presentation).
