The European office of a Japanese manufacturing company is seeking a part-time Inside Sales Assistant to support its growing business operations. The role focuses on coordinating marketing activities, creating promotional materials, and supporting sales initiatives across Europe. TYPE: Starts from 1 year contract (with the aim for long term employment)
WORKING HOURS: 16 hrs per week (flexible), Core Time is 9:30 – 16:00
SALARY: €2,800 per month (full-time based)

Main Responsibilities
•Create promotional materials (brochures, product flyers, and presentation slides) in coordination with the sales team.
•Manage and update the company’s LinkedIn page and website content (CMS).
•Coordinate logistics and materials for international trade shows and exhibitions (approx. once every two months, 3-day trips within Europe).
•Draft and format customer-facing newsletters and other •Collaborate with external design vendors to ensure consistent branding and timely delivery.
•Support ad hoc back-office tasks and administrative needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
•Recent graduate or early-career professional in Marketing, Communications, or related field
•Some hands-on experience with marketing tools (e.g. Canva, Mailchimp, basic CMS)
•A team player who can also work independently (self-starter with attention to detail)
•Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
•Comfortable working in an international team and liaising with external vendors
•Interest in food
