YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Service Desk & Support: Receiving, documenting, and prioritizing trouble tickets and service requests via phone, email, or the ticket system. Escalating unresolvable issues to 2nd-level support or the relevant departments Hardware Management & System Support: Management, configuration, and installation of forklift terminals, handheld scanners, label printers, and other equipment at our warehouse locations. Setup and maintenance of PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices in accordance with company standards IT Operations & Infrastructure: Ensuring smooth IT operations at warehouse locations. Providing support for the maintenance and further development of the systems in use Process Automation & Digitalization: Participation in the planning and implementation of automated IT services based on workflow-driven processes Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintenance and further development of system and user documentation YOUR PROFILE Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification Min. 3 years of professional experience in a relevant position Extensive knowledge of system administration for Microsoft products (Windows 11, Office 365, etc.) as well as experience with Microsoft Active Directory Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management tools (e.g., Matrix42 Digital Workspace Management) is desirable Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time to support additional locations Willingness to be on call outside of core working hours and on weekends Excellent written and spoken German skills and basic English skills for communication over the phone Independent and solution-oriented approach to thinking and working Strong customer and service orientation WHAT WE OFFER YOU Work from home & flexible working hours Work-life balance Fruit, coffee, and beverages Open-minded teams JobRad, vacation pay, and Christmas bonus And many more benefits await you!
