The Vehicle Networking Engineer will be a key member of the Communication Protocol and Hardware team. The role is responsible for end-to-end networking validation across vehicle lines, covering both data link and physical layer aspects of in-vehicle communication systems.

Tasks
* Design and implement communication protocols for vehicle networking systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing hardware components.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and validate hardware interfaces that meet functional safety standards and industry norms.
* Analyze and troubleshoot complex networking issues in automotive environments, providing innovative solutions to enhance system reliability and performance.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in communication technologies and embedded systems to propose and integrate cutting-edge innovations.
* Document and maintain comprehensive technical specifications and reports, facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
* Proven experience with vehicle networking communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, FlexRay, or Ethernet
* Strong understanding of embedded systems and hardware integration
* Experience in software development for automotive applications
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
