NeoPulse is an innovative lead generation agency based in Heidelberg, founded by a group of experienced startup entrepreneurs. After years of building and scaling our own ventures — including winning major clients such as over 9 U.S. health insurers and global players like Roche — we turned our passion for sales into a service.

Over the past two years, we’ve supported more than 30 clients across a wide range of industries, from high-growth startups to DAX-listed corporations, helping them generate new business and fill their sales pipelines with qualified meetings.

Tasks

As our new Sales Representative for the French market, you’ll represent our clients in outbound outreach campaigns. You’ll engage potential customers over the phone, spark interest, and set up qualified meetings with key decision-makers.

You’ll start working with one of our larger existing clients right away — and as you gain experience, you’ll grow into additional client accounts.

Your main tasks:

* Outbound B2B calling using our optimized dialer system
* Representing our clients and communicating their value propositions clearly
* Securing appointments with qualified leads
* Sharing insights and market feedback from your conversations
* Collaborating with the internal team to continuously improve approach and messaging


Requirements

* Native-level fluency in French
* Solid English skills (for internal communication)
* Confidence and clarity in phone communication
* A proactive, structured, and results-driven mindset
* Previous experience in sales is a plus – but not a must. We’ll onboard and train you.
