A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us as a Site Manager (f/m/d) for the OGT (Operation Green Tag) project in Cuxhaven, where you will take the helm of all local operations, orchestrating day-to-day activities, building and cultivating a high-performing team, and assuming full disciplinary responsibility to ensure both operational excellence and a safe, efficient work environment. You will work close with the factory in Cuxhaven and ensure that all components are green tagged before being shipped to site.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
1. Take full operational responsibility and oversee all activities for the OGT project on our Cuxhaven site.
2. Build, lead, and develop a new team, including disciplinary leadership.
3. Ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality working environment.
4. Plan and manage work in accordance with contracts, quality standards, and EHS requirements.
5. Continuously optimize processes, workflows, and team capabilities.
6. Promote a Zero-Harm culture and maintain high safety standards.
7. Coordinate risk management, site setup, and regular reporting on site activities.
What You Bring:
8. Degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business-related field, ideally with experience in wind business or manufacturing.
9. Proven leadership experience, preferably in team building and management.
10. Technical understanding of wind turbine products and production processes, specifically nacelles.
11. Experience with EHS and quality management systems and their practical implementation.
12. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
13. Good English and German language skills
14. Locally based or willing to work on-site full-time in Cuxhaven.
