You will make an impact in the following way:
Participation in product development and maintenance, including defining design specifications, creating schematics, implementing circuits, debugging designs, performing validation/conformity tests, and creating solution and product documentation
Ensuring feasibility, functionality, performance, cost optimization, manufacturability, and quality of the delivered products
Develop solution studies, design documentation, circuit specifications, component evaluation and product validation tests
Generate bills of materials in accordance with schematics and requirements
Present and share technical information and documentation in an international team environment
What you will bring:
Education – University degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics
Experience – 3+ years of professional experience in hardware development for industrial automation products (e.g., I/O modules / automation industry products)
Knowledge & skills – Solid knowledge and technical understanding of digital and analog circuit design, experience designing microprocessor/microcontroller systems (e.g., ARM processors, STM family) and memory systems, testing and conformity of Ethernet data communication solutions as well as designing bus interfaces (Backplane, SPI, I²C, USB, UART, CAN, IO-Link, etc.) and DC/DC converters, Altium Designer
Personality – Structured work mode mindful of hardware dependencies in interaction with software teams
Language proficiency – Fluent in German and English
