Job Description
As part of our local Legal team, you will participate in shaping the future of our local German legal and contracting operations.
Part-Time job offering:
* 20 - 24 hourse per week
* 4 - 5 days per week
* Fully remote from anywhere in Germany
Your mission & learning opportunities
* Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts with customers, partners, and service providers
* Providing legal support and advice during complex customer negotiations
* Ensuring compliance with applicable legal frameworks, especially in IT, Cyber Security, Software Resale and SaaS
* Collaborating closely with internal and external departments to shape and implement legal strategies
* Monitoring and evaluating current legal developments in the fields of Cyber Security and IT services
Qualifications
So, is this the right job for you?
* Degree in German Law (First and Second State Exams or equivalent preferred)
* Solid experience in contract drafting and review, ideally within Cyber Security, services, or SaaS industries
* Understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of the IT sector
* High sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
* Team player with a structured and independent working style
Language skills (both mandatory):
* German (full professional proficiency, C1) and English (full professional proficiency)
Location:
* Ideally you live in the surroundings of Munich (Germany)
* Remote (from anywhere in Germany)
