Responsibilities
* You are the central point of contact for all IT issues within the company and help shape our digital future
* You lead and develop our IT team, from the help desk to system administration, and take on budget responsibility
* You ensure that our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and backups, is stable and efficient at all times, and successfully implement IT projects
* You are the interface between departments and external IT service providers and take on the management of service providers and IT partners
* You drive innovation by introducing new technologies and optimizing existing systems
Your Profile
* You successfully completed a degree in IT or training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
* Ideally, you already have leadership experience and think strategically in order to further develop IT in the long term
* You are well versed in Windows server and client systems, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), networks, databases, and Microsoft 365
* You have good communication skills and a high sense of responsibility for IT security
