We are looking for a Director of Solution Delivery & Strategy to take the lead in driving and executing our integration strategies and deliver outstanding solutions to key stakeholders across multiple markets.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone from a consulting or delivery leadership background who’s ready to step out of advisory and into ownership — leading solution design, scaling processes, and influencing the core platform strategy in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. You'll work across commercial, product, and engineering teams, owning the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions that power global connections between travel platforms and operators like Google Maps, Booking.com, Amtrak, Deutsche Bahn, and SNCF.
What You Will Do:
* Lead the global delivery of scalable, API-driven technical solutions that connect our partners to the platform
* Define and drive the delivery strategy — ensuring fast, secure, and reliable integrations across markets and systems
* Oversee execution of technically complex initiatives with multiple internal and external stakeholders
* Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and commercial leadership to align priorities and roadmaps
* Continuously improve delivery frameworks, tooling, and operational processes to optimize speed and quality at scale
* Guide and mentor a high-performing team, bringing clarity, structure, and focus in a fast-evolving environment
* Own technical delivery outcomes for global partners — from architecture to rollout, performance, and iteration
* Support expansion into new markets by adapting delivery models to regional infrastructure and compliance requirements
Workplace:
We are mainly looking for this role to be based in Germany, preferably in our headquarters in Berlin.
Who You Are:
* A technical academic background (Computer Science, Engineering, or similar) with strong systems-level thinking
* 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, system integration, solution architecture, or delivery leadership roles
* Experience working with complex, high-load systems, enterprise integrations, or cloud-native platforms
* Proven ability to manage cross-functional delivery initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders
* Comfortable translating strategic business goals into executable technical plans and measurable delivery outcomes
* Prior experience at a consulting firm (e.g. BCG Platinion, McKinsey Digital, Accenture, Deloitte, etc.) or in tech-led digital transformation is a strong plus
* Strong communication and leadership skills — confident navigating both executive conversations and technical deep dives
* Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and integration architectures is beneficial, but not mandatory
